It depends on where you are and what is happening on the roads. We are based in the Fort Myers area, so Fort Myers and Cape Coral are a short run, Lehigh Acres, Estero and Bonita are a bit longer, and Naples, Punta Gorda, Immokalee and LaBelle are longer still. You get a real window on the call, with the distance already accounted for, not a number designed to keep you from calling someone else.

Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Nights, weekends and holidays are when most breakdowns happen, so that is exactly when we are working.

Many policies and memberships reimburse towing. We give you a detailed receipt with the date, the vehicle, the mileage and the service performed, which is what your insurer or plan will ask for.

Get the vehicle as far off the road as you safely can, turn on your hazards, and stay inside with your seatbelt on if you are on a highway. If you are somewhere you feel unsafe, tell us and we will keep you on the line.

Yes. Motorcycles ride on a flatbed with proper straps and a chock so nothing leans on the fairings or the forks. Mention the bike when you call so the driver brings the right gear.

In most cases yes. We arrange access, keys and the drop off ahead of time, and we send you photos of the vehicle when it is loaded and when it is delivered.
