We run tow trucks in Southwest Florida because this is where we live. The roads we cover are the ones we drive every day, and the people we pick up are neighbors, coworkers and the parents of kids at the same schools. That is not a marketing line, it is why we answer the phone at three in the morning.
Towing has a reputation, and most of it is earned by companies that quote one number and charge another, or that leave a caller waiting for two hours without an update. We built this the opposite way. You get the price before the truck leaves. You get a real arrival window. If we are running late, we call you.
Our equipment is chosen to protect your vehicle, not to save us a trip. A lowered car or an all wheel drive goes on a flatbed even when a wheel lift would be faster for us. We are licensed and insured, and every load is photographed so the condition of your vehicle is never in question.
