An informational site

This website describes the towing and roadside services we offer and how to reach us. It is not a booking system and nothing on it is a binding offer. Service availability, arrival times, coverage and pricing depend on the situation, and we confirm all of it with you on the call before we dispatch a truck.

Pricing and quotes

We quote each job by phone once we know your location, your vehicle and the destination. A quote assumes the conditions you describe. If the situation on arrival is materially different, for example the vehicle needs a winch out or cannot be accessed as described, we will tell you the revised price before we begin the work, and you are free to decline.

Your vehicle

By requesting service you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or authorized to request its movement, and you authorize us to tow or service it as agreed. Please remove valuables before the vehicle is transported and tell us about any modification, damage or condition that affects how it should be loaded.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, debit and major credit cards. If your insurer or roadside plan reimburses towing, we will give you the itemized receipt that claim needs, but the charge remains yours to settle with us.

The text, photos and branding on this site belong to Milvara Towing or its licensors. You are welcome to view it and share links to it. Please do not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date. Arrival estimates are honest estimates, not guarantees, since traffic, weather and call volume are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milvara Towing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Responsibility for a specific job is governed by the service authorization and receipt for that job and by the towing laws of Florida.
