Who we are

This website is operated by Milvara Towing ("Milvara Towing", "we", "us"), a towing and roadside assistance company based in Fort Myers, FL. This policy covers this website and the calls and messages that start from it.

What this site collects

Very little. The site has no accounts, no forms, and no online payment, so you can read it without giving us anything. Like most websites, the platform that hosts it keeps standard server logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open, and when. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure, nothing more.

When you call, text or message us

To send a truck we need to know where you are and what you drive. That usually means your phone number, your location or a shared pin, your name, your vehicle, and a description of the problem. If you reach us on WhatsApp, that conversation also passes through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We use what you tell us for one purpose: to reach you, do the job, and provide a receipt.

Location information

We only ever see the location you choose to share with us. We do not track your device, and we do not keep following your location after the job is done.

Cookies and fonts

We do not use advertising cookies on this site. The display fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

How we share information

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the people needed to finish the job, such as the driver dispatched to you or the shop where your vehicle is being delivered, with the service providers who help us operate, and when the law requires it. If you ask us to bill an insurer or a roadside plan, we share the job details that claim needs.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, including the vehicle, the date and the service performed, for as long as we need them for receipts, insurance claims, and ordinary legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Call or text and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
