Most tows start the same way: the car will not go, and it is in a place you cannot leave it. We take that from there. Tell us the vehicle and where it sits, and we send the truck that fits the job, a flatbed when your car should not roll and a wheel lift when space is tight.
We tow to your mechanic, your dealership, your home, a body shop after a collision, or across the state if that is what the situation calls for. If your car is not going to a shop that is open yet, we can talk through the best drop option so it is not sitting somewhere it might get ticketed.

What we do on arrival
- Confirm the vehicle, the condition, and where it is going
- Pick the right hookup so nothing is dragged or scraped
- Secure the vehicle properly with straps, not chains on the body
- Photograph the load, so its condition is documented
- Deliver it and hand you the keys, or drop and key box if the shop is closed
Common questions
How much does a tow cost?
It is a hook up fee plus a per mile rate, with extra for winching or heavy vehicles. We give you the full number on the phone before the truck rolls, so there is nothing to argue about when we arrive.
Can you tow an all wheel drive or lowered car?
Yes. Those go on a flatbed with all four wheels off the ground, which is the only way to move them without risking the drivetrain or scraping the bumper.
Do I have to be with the vehicle?
Usually not. If you cannot be there, we arrange access and drop off details ahead of time and keep you updated.
